As the head of editorial partnerships and brand marketing at Vogue, Negar Mohammadi not only oversees all aspects of the publication’s marketing efforts but also it’s collaborations with brands such as Nike (Jordan x Vogue) and Comme de Garcons among many others. When she’s not bouncing from deadline to deadline, she can be found bouncing from idyllic surf spot to idyllic surf spot, honing her passions for surfing and cultivating friendships.
So as newly established friends I thought a few questions were in order. After a few photos at her lovely Greenwich Village apartment, fresh off another surf trip (this time to Costa Rica), we sat down and got right into it.
