What is a Giclee fine art print?
A Giclee fine art print is a work that’s been printed on a heavy weight, matte, gallery-quality, acid-free photo paper using museum quality archival inks.
How will my print be framed?
If you select the framed option there are several different frame options to pick from; Black, white, maple, mocha, light walnut and more. Each frame is hand-made, and each piece includes UV acrylic glass, a 4 ply 3 inch mat for our I through IV sizes and a 2 inch white boarder for our V and VI print sizes. The V and VI print sizes also come framed in a beautiful shadow box frame with spacers. All our frames are paper backed with ready-to-hang hardware installed.
How do I know that my Surf Collective print is authentic?
You will receive a signed Certificate of Authenticity (COA) with your print.
Do prints ever sell out?
Yes, some prints are limited in quantity, or in the amount of time they will be available for sale. You can sign up for our mailing list so you’ll always be the first to know about our new prints and limited editions.
Do you offer gift cards?
Art makes a fantastic gift! If you’re unsure about a size or what print to get that special someone, our gift cards make excellent gifts.
When will my order ship?
Due to our extremely high demand, each order can take between 10 to 15 days to print, mount, frame, and ship. Once your order is shipped you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org anytime to request an update on the status of your order.
How will my order be packaged?
Unframed prints are wrapped in archival wrapping and shipped in a cardboard tube. Framed prints are encased within paper/bubble wrap and cushioned with cardboard corners.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always free for US orders.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is not yet available for online orders. But we’re happy to talk with you about special international orders. Please email us at email@example.com
Can I return my print?
Each piece is custom printed and framed specifically for you. This means we are not able to accept returns. But we’re confident you’re going to love your new art!
What if my piece of art arrives damaged?
In the rare occasion that your new piece of art arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of the package arriving so that we can work with you on making it right. Please take photos of the damaged piece and of the boxes that it arrived in. Feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I exchange my piece for a different size?
We are unable to accept exchanges or returns because each piece is made to order.
