Each piece of art sold by Surf Collective is specifically printed and the frame assembled specifically for your order. So, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for orders. In addition after 24 hours of your order being submitted we are not able to make changes or cancellations to orders. If you believe you’ve made a mistake with your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order at email@example.com.
Every once in a while, a piece may be damaged while in transit with our shipping partners. If a product arrives damaged, please send us detailed and clearly visible photos of the damage, including the exterior of the box that the print was shipped in. Surf Collective, in its sole discretion will review the photos of the damage and elect to restore or replace the damaged product. In order for to restore or replace a piece, an email with details about the damage and photos must be received within 72 hours of the delivery time of your order.
